Trankerloop baby bath seats (Model YD-1958) have been recalled because they are unstable and can tip over during use, putting infants at serious risk of drowning. The seats do not meet the mandatory federal safety standard for infant bath seats.

What is recalled
Trankerloop-branded baby bath seats, Model YD-1958, sold in blue, gray, pink, and yellow. Each seat has two detachable arms as a restraint, four suction cups on the bottom, and comes with a cup and a sponge. The tracking label on the back of the seat reads "PLASTIC STOOL" and "Model: YD-1958".

You're affected if you own a Trankerloop baby bath seat with the label "PLASTIC STOOL" and "Model: YD-1958" printed on the back. It may be blue, gray, pink, or yellow, and came with a cup and a sponge.
What to do right now
Stop using this bath seat immediately. To get a full refund: write "Recalled" on the front of the seat in permanent marker, disassemble it by removing the backrest and arm restraints, and cut the four suction cups on the bottom.
