Vantage Mobility wheelchair restraints on certain Honda Odyssey, Chrysler Pacifica, and Toyota Sienna vehicles may fail to lock, leaving wheelchairs unsecured during driving. This can cause serious injury if the wheelchair moves or tips during transit.

What is recalled

Vantage Mobility QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraint systems installed on 2021 to 2026 Honda Odyssey, 2021 to 2025 Chrysler Pacifica, and Toyota Sienna vehicles. The retractors on these systems may not lock properly.

You're affected if your Honda Odyssey (2021 to 2026), Chrysler Pacifica (2021 to 2025), or Toyota Sienna is equipped with a Vantage Mobility QRT-Deluxe or QRT-Max wheelchair restraint system. Check your vehicle's wheelchair restraint equipment or contact Vantage Mobility at 1-800-488-9082 to confirm.

What to do right now

Contact Vantage Mobility customer service at 1-800-488-9082 or take your vehicle to a dealer to have the retractors inspected and replaced free of charge. Do not use the wheelchair restraint if you suspect it is not locking properly.
