Vantage Mobility wheelchair restraints on certain Honda Odyssey, Chrysler Pacifica, and Toyota Sienna vehicles may fail to lock, allowing wheelchairs to move unsecured during transit and increasing injury risk.

What is recalled

Vantage Mobility QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints installed on 2021-2026 Honda Odyssey, 2021-2025 Chrysler Pacifica, and Toyota Sienna vehicles.

You're affected if you own a 2021-2026 Honda Odyssey, 2021-2025 Chrysler Pacifica, or Toyota Sienna equipped with Vantage Mobility QRT-Deluxe or QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. Check your vehicle documentation or retractor label for the model designation.

What to do right now

Contact Vantage Mobility customer service at 1-800-488-9082 to schedule a free inspection and replacement of the retractors at your nearest dealer. A notification letter was mailed January 27, 2026.
