What is recalled
Viofairy Hair Growth Serum, 5% Minoxidil with Biotin. Comes in a black bottle with a black cap and a gold-and-white label reading "VIOFAIRY HAIR GROWTH SERUM" and "5% MINOXIDIL With BIOTIN." Sold in black-and-gold packaging on Amazon by FDAF.

You're affected if you have a bottle of Viofairy Hair Growth Serum with "5% MINOXIDIL With BIOTIN" printed on the front label. Check for a black bottle with a gold-and-white label and a plain black (non-child-resistant) cap.
What to do right now
Right now, move the bottle somewhere completely out of sight and reach of children.
