Volkswagen is recalling certain 2023 to 2025 Atlas, Atlas Cross Sport, and 2023 to 2024 ID.4 vehicles because one or more bolts on the brake system, chassis, or suspension may not have been tightened correctly at the factory. Loose bolts could cause you to lose control of the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

What is recalled
Certain 2023 to 2025 Volkswagen Atlas and Atlas Cross Sport vehicles, and certain 2023 to 2024 Volkswagen ID.4 vehicles. Affected bolts are on the chassis, brake system, and/or suspension, including bolts for the cross member, engine mount, control arm, subframe, and rear brake carrier.
