Winco Fireworks International has recalled its Roman Candles 8 Shot 3-Pack fireworks because shots can blow out the side of the tube instead of launching correctly, creating a serious risk of explosion and burns to anyone nearby.

Roman Candles 8 Shot 3-Pack firework devices sold under the "Hometown" brand, Model Number RCLR-W8012. The fireworks come in red, white, and blue colors, weigh approximately 2 pounds, and measure 21 inches by 1 inch by 3.5 inches. The packaging features a red, white, and blue label with the word "Hometown" and images of American flags.
